I have been through international surrogacy myself, and I follow programmes across Europe, North America and South America closely. As a result, I can help you compare agencies, donor programmes, cryo-shipping services and specialist lawyers, and know what to ask each one. I’m independent of all of them.

Some countries, such as the UK, the Netherlands and Greece, have domestic options with strict conditions. Even so, many Europeans look abroad because of legal restrictions at home.
Surrogacy law in Europe is complex and changes often. Securing legal parenthood and your child’s citizenship usually needs specialist lawyers in both countries. For that reason, I help you understand the steps involved, so you know what to ask and when to bring in the right lawyer.
Destinations such as the US, Canada, Colombia and Mexico accept a wide range of intended parents. By contrast, countries like Georgia and Ukraine currently accept only married heterosexual couples, and Ukraine is still affected by war. Together, we work out which routes are genuinely open to you.
With so many agencies to choose from, the decision can feel overwhelming. Instead of handing you a name, I give you a clear way to compare agencies on transparency, contracts, surrogate care and total cost. You then choose with your eyes open.
Understanding the law in your home country is essential. You will need a specialist surrogacy lawyer in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland or wherever you live. I help you prepare for those conversations, so you get more from the time you pay for.
Birth certificates differ by country. For example, the U.S. and Canada can list both parents, while other countries need extra legal steps afterwards. I help you plan for these differences early.
Travel documents for newborns vary across Europe. Depending on your nationality, you may need a passport, a laissez-passer or an emergency travel certificate. Planning this early avoids long, stressful delays after the birth.
For Europeans, parentage and citizenship after surrogacy often involve court orders, legal declarations or embassy notarisation. I explain what to expect, so each step feels less daunting.
