The Foundation Plan is for you if you feel buried in options and conflicting advice. Over eight weeks and three video calls, we then turn that noise into a realistic shortlist of two or three routes. Because I’m independent, I don’t sell you a programme. Instead, I help you work out which routes genuinely fit your family.

Before our first call, you complete a short intake form. Between calls, you can also send follow-up questions by email within an agreed limit. As a result, every session builds on the last and nothing gets lost.

Weeks 1–2: Your Starting Point and First Shortlist

We begin with your intake form and first call, so we understand your situation, eligibility and budget.

• Your eligibility as a couple or single parent, country by country
• The difference between commercial and altruistic surrogacy
• How legal parentage works in each destination and back home
• Your budget range, as well as how much risk you can accept
• An honest look at any programmes you have already found
• A first shortlist of routes worth investigating further

Weeks 3–4: Legal, Financial and Practical Comparison

Next, we compare your shortlisted routes side by side, so the hidden differences become visible.

• Parentage steps, court orders and timelines to discuss with your own lawyer
• The full cost of each route, rather than just the headline programme fee
• Insurance questions to ask about surrogate, baby and travel cover
• Notary, apostille and document requirements to plan for
• Passport and citizenship steps for bringing your baby home
• Contingency costs if a transfer fails or a plan changes

Weeks 5–6: Clinics, Donors and the Medical Process

Then we look at the medical side, so you know what good practice looks like before you speak to a clinic.

• How egg donor selection and genetic screening usually work
• What surrogate screening and support should include
• Sperm and embryo freezing, storage and shipping options
• How clinics report success rates, and how to read them
• What is usual for surrogate compensation and expenses in each country
• Red flags in contracts, quotes and sales conversations
• The questions to put to every clinic before you pay a deposit

Weeks 7–8: Your Due Diligence Plan

Finally, we bring everything together into a plan you can act on straight away.

• A written comparison of your two or three preferred routes
• A budget and risk plan for each route
• Your due diligence checklist for agencies, clinics and lawyers
• A realistic timeline from first contact until homecoming
• A clear next step, whether that is signing, pausing or rethinking

What You Leave With

By the end of the Foundation Plan, you will know which routes suit you, what they really cost and what to ask before you sign. Please note, however, that the Foundation Plan does not include legal or medical advice, matching with a surrogate or donor, or negotiating contracts. To keep quality high, I also take a maximum of two new Foundation Plan clients each month.

What if I have already had a Pathway Review?

Then you have a head start. So if you join the Foundation Plan within 30 days of your Pathway Review, I deduct the £295 from the Foundation Plan price.

Can you support me without involving my agency or clinic?

Yes, I can support you quietly in the background, so you have an independent second opinion alongside your chosen providers. However, I never act on your behalf or contact providers without your agreement.
